She holds up to 193 guests across multiple decks, with a huge open-top deck for Bridge and Opera House views, a full enclosed saloon for shade and dancing, and a generous bow that catches the harbour breeze. The wide, stable beam makes her glide smoothly, and the multi-deck layout means big groups can spread out to chat, dine or dance without ever feeling crowded — ideal for milestone birthdays, corporate functions, weddings and large end-of-year parties.

Luna keeps the feature that made her famous: one of the only wood-fired pizza ovens on a Sydney charter boat, turning out fresh pizzas during the cruise as food-as-entertainment rather than just catering. Alongside it sits a gas BBQ, a fully crewed service, a Bluetooth sound system with microphone for speeches and playlists, and a large lily-pad for daytime swim stops. The enclosed and open spaces together make her genuinely all-weather, so a passing Sydney shower never derails the day.

Under the new owners, Luna runs on two simple hire options. Staffed charters start from $825/hour (seasonal; $1,100/hr through December) with crew included — you then add a beverage package (Silver, Gold or Platinum) plus canapé catering or the signature wood-fired pizza. Prefer to bring your own? The bare-boat BYO option is available from $1,100/hour. Wharf fees, a public-holiday surcharge and optional security apply as set out in the current rate guide, and the minimum booking is based on 50 guests.
